With a career spanning over three decades, Dr. Jacque has led people strategies for some of the world's most iconic organizations, including Google, VMware, Dell, and ConocoPhillips. She currently serves as the Global Vice President of People Experience at alliant, where she champions organizational culture, employee engagement, and the "Thriver's Rhythm" within high-performance leadership. Grounded by her roots as the eldest daughter in a family of eight, raised in Guyana and Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Jacque's journey is a testament to the power of resilience. Her "can-do" spirit was forged in the United States Army, where she proudly served with duty stations in the United States and Seoul, South Korea.

An eighteen-year breast cancer survivor, Dr. Jacque's advocacy transcends the corporate world. She is the founder of Sipping PositiviTEA¿, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides essential financial assistance, covering rent, utilities, and medical support, for individuals impacted by breast and chest cancer. The organization's signature Pink & Black Gala serves as a premier national beacon for fundraising and community awareness. Dr. Jacque is the author of the seminal works Corporate Sisterhood and The Gratitude Journal: A Purposeful Tool for Intentional Living. She is a two-time Congressional Award recipient, a CW39 Remarkable Woman Finalist, and a consumer peer reviewer for the DoD Congressional Cancer Research Board.
When she isn't transforming organizations, Dr. Jacque is an avid drummer, dancer, and fitness enthusiast who brings joyful energy to the bootcamp and exercise fusion classes she has taught for over twenty years. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and remains a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
