Claudine Gueho is a West Australian artist who dreamed of being an illustrator since she was a child. Claudine grew up surrounded by the work of her artist mother and was inspired to pursue her own creative pathway. She gained her BA in Graphic Design from Curtin University, and then worked as an illustrator for the Western Australian Education Department in Publications until the sector closed. Claudine's next move was to the State Printing Division, where she worked as a senior graphic artist, creating and illustrating logos, pamphlets, and posters, among other graphic design work. After starting a family, Claudine shifted her focus to freelance work, which has been ongoing ever since. Currently, she is working on her own children's book project. For Claudine, painting and illustrating is a never-ending adventure of creative imagining. Find her on Facebook at Claudine Gueho Art.
