Meral Erdirençelebi is an academic and associate professor at Necmettin Erbakan University in Türkiye. As a member of a family business, she completed her doctorate at Selçuk University on family businesses. She is currently the director of the Centre for Sustainable Family Business Application and Research. Her areas of interest include sustainability in family businesses, organisational behaviour, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management. Mehmet Akif Çini is an Associate Professor at Selçuk University and also the Deputy Director of the Necmettin Erbakan University Centre for Sustainable Family Business Applications and Research.
