Liliana Caimacan is a distinguished academic and strategy consultant with deep expertise in marketing, innovation development and deployment, and strategy design, implementation, and adaptation. She specializes in innovation capability and strategy development, design thinking, creative problem-solving, future-proofing, and innovative innovation management. An experienced international business leader, Liliana has been driving transformational growth across brands and portfolios to achieve significant business results for over 20 years. She is a leading expert in innovations, customer engagement, digital marketing, and business transformation within the FMCG and pharma industries, working with top blue-chip companies such as Unilever, Tata, and KRKA on world-class brands and portfolios. Liliana has extensive marketing and leadership experience across multi-category, multi-brand, and multicultural environments. She has a proven track record of shaping and unlocking opportunities, implementing digital business transformation, and accelerating business growth though innovation. Currently, Liliana is a full-time professor of practice at Hult International Business School, where she teaches on trends and innovations, business transformation, brand management, and customer engagement subjects.
